What is The Paleo Post?

The Paleo Post is a monthly subscription through which you will receive a 5x7 print, a sticker, and letter detailing the prehistoric and historical subject of choice for that month. 

Is tracking available?

Due to the nature of mail clubs (in which stamps are used over shipping labels), the orders are unable to be tracked. That said, we are always happy to replace lost/damaged mail should something not arrive or arrive in poor condition. 

How do I manage my subscription?

Access the subscription portal through the menu bar above. You can edit, pause, or cancel depending on your needs! 

When do I need to sign up to receive The Paleo Post?

Sign-ups for the month close on the 15th. If you sign up on January 15th, you will receive January's mail. If you sign up on January 16th, you will receive February's mail, for example. 

When is The Paleo Post shipped out?

The Paleo Post is always sent out during the last week of the month. You will receive a notification as soon as it's in transit!

When will I receive my mail club order?

Members within the United States should receive their mail within one week of shipment. International members should receive theirs within five weeks after shipment. 

What if my mail is lost or damaged?

Please allow five weeks for international delivery. If you haven't received your print, or if it arrives damaged, please email us at support@thepaleopost.com and we will be sure to send you a replacement.
